00:00:03 Verify if your financial period is set in order

00:00:33 Download the GL journal template

00:01:10 Open the template and fill in the values into each accounts

00:02:53 Save the completed template with a different file name

00:03:06 Return back to GL journal to import the latest template

00:03:42 Do the necessary amendments

00:04:04 Once ready, save the opening balance journal (Balance Sheet)

00:04:13 Check the Balance Sheet report
